DESCRIPTION:The Lecture has been postponed due to personal circumstances. We are endeavouring to reschedule the event at a later date.    Dr Beeta Baghoolizadeh of Columbia University, New York, will draw from her book The Color Black for the Annual Lecture on Black History. The book presents the history of enslavement and abolition through the lens of race in Iran during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
