This series offers clear, practical guidance for every step of labour, birth and those first few weeks with your baby.         You'll learn about the stages of labour, explore pain relief options and gain practical tips for breastfeeding and newborn care, so that you can feel more prepared for this new chapter.    Join this month's multi-session event, featuring a range of topics centred around our current theme. Explore what's on below and choose to register for all sessions with a single click, or pick just the ones that catch your interest. Remember, recordings will only be sent for the sessions you sign up for.        Can't make the time? Watch on Demand!     We're excited to announce that all our events can now be watched on demand, meaning you can choose a time and a location that is best for you. To receive the recording, register for the events you want and you'll be sent the recording to your inbox even if you don't attend live.
