DESCRIPTION:This research seminar will be led by Professor Arman Eshraghi, who is Director of the Corporate Governance Research Group at Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University. He will present the paper, 'Corporate governance compliance and firm value: a cultural perspective'.    The seminar is organised jointly by the Centre for Responsible Banking and Finance (CRBF) and the Financial Markets and Institutions research group of the School of Management.
