SUMMARY:Sustainability in organisations: challenges and practices in waste management
DESCRIPTION:Dr Shuting Liu, Associate Lecturer in Marketing in the University of St Andrews Business School Department of Management, has brought together a panel discussion as part of the University's Sustainability Week.     Panellists will include:    - Andrew Stahly, Manager of the University's Environment Team  - Steven McKay, Manager of the Residential and Business Services Team  - Eliza Patton, Officer of the Environment Team  - Amy Manvell, Student Sustainability Representative  - Dr Andreea Bocioaga, Assistant Policy Analyst at Zero Waste Scotland (the Circular Economy Act and policy development, single-use plastics and research on food waste attitudes and beliefs)   - Dr Lucy Wishart, University of Edinburgh.    Dr Liu will share reflections from her current sustainability research as part of the discussion. The Department of Management's Work, Organisations and Society thematic research group is suppporting the event.
