SUMMARY:Diversifying Leadership Information Session 2024-2025
DESCRIPTION:The University is inviting expressions of interest in joining the Diversifying Leadership Programme for the 2024-2025 cohort. The external leadership programme for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) staff is facilitated by Advance HE.    The programme is suitable for BAME staff at grades 6 to 8 who would like to develop and explore issues relating to leadership roles and responsibilities.    The programme involves four online one-day modules, two in person workshops and access to online resources. Participants will also be paired with a senior staff member at St Andrews who will act as their sponsor for the duration of the programme.    This information session will give an overview of the programme as well as providing attendees the opportunity to ask questions of a previous programme participant. The aim is to help potential applicants decide whether this programme is the right one for them and their aspirations in advance of submitting an application for a place. The deadline for applications is 5pm on Thursday 31 October 2024.
