DESCRIPTION:'L'incontro: An Archive of Italian life in Scotland' is a curated collection of photographs and images offering a glimpse into the rich and diverse narratives of Italians in Scotland over the past century. In collaboration with Prof. Derek Duncan of the University of St Andrews, Jackie Sangster from Historic Environment Scotland and student interns of the St Andrews Research Internship Scheme, Simi Singh and Eleanor Summers, 'L'incontro' presents a thought-provoking selection of twelve archival pieces sourced from HES archives and SCRAN, each offering a distinct perspective on the Italian experience in Scotland.
