SUMMARY:Business School seminar with guest speaker Dr Silvia Filippi
DESCRIPTION:The University of St Andrews Business School will welcome guest speaker Dr Silvia Filippi, who is a research fellow at the University of Padova.    The event will include a networking lunch at 1pm followed by a seminar at 1.30pm titled, 'All you need is equitable workplaces: addressing economic and power disparities to promote well-being at work'.    The session will consider:  * workers' well-being in organisations that have a large gap in pay between top managers and other workers  * harm to women and men caused by inequalities at work  * workers' well-being and performance in organisations where power is decentralised.     The day has been co-organised by:  * Centre for Research into Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (CREDI)  * Equality, diversity and inclusion committee (EDIC)  * Work, Organisations and Society (WOS) thematic research group.
