DESCRIPTION:This research seminar will welcome Professor Iftekhar Hasan from Fordham University.    The subject of the talk is 'Climate-related disclosure commitment of the lenders, credit rationing, and borrower environmental performance', and it is based on joint work with Haekwon Lee, Buhui Qiu and Anthony Saunders.    Professor Hasan holds the E. Gerald Corrigan Chair in International Business and Finance in Fordham's Gabelli School of Business and is Director of its PhD programme.
