SUMMARY:Business School pedagogy development session
DESCRIPTION:This session continues the series of research and pedagogical workshops with Professor Kathy Lund Dean, Honorary Professor in the Department of Management.    The seminar is titled 'Responding effectively to student feedback' and will:  * offer the opportunity to share experiences of receiving student feedback, particularly as it relates to the MEQ instrument and the Staff-Student Liaison Committee  * introduce tried-and-true methods, including the midterm evaluation process, for taking useful feedback and integrating it into new practices while deflecting unhelpful, personalised or inappropriate comments   * discuss effective ways of coaching students in how to give helpful feedback.     Further details about the seminar have been circulated within the School.
