In his decades-long, award-winning career as a composer, Silvestri has worked on more than 100 films including Romancing the Stone, Back to the Future, Polar Express, Forrest Gump, The Bodyguard, Predator, Ready Player One, Stuart Little, Night at the Museum, The Avengers movies and dozens more hits.    Silvestri shares insights into his own creative inspirations and processes and discusses how he collaborates with top filmmakers and musicians. In addition to the discussion, we'll see selected scenes from his iconic films and enjoy Silvestri's music, played by a 38 piece student and professional orchestra at this once-in-a-lifetime event.    The musicians playing are drawn from the St Andrews Chamber Orchestra and associate teachers of the Laidlaw Music Centre.
