SUMMARY:Brexit Information Session
DESCRIPTION:The University is holding further information sessions over the next few weeks for all EU, EEA and Swiss citizens working at the University to provide up-to-date information about the EU Settlement Scheme.    This session is open to all EU citizens who are University employees as well as Bank and Casual workers.    The Settlement Scheme will be fully open by 30 March 2019. There will be no change to the current rights of EU citizens in the UK under EU law until 31 December 2020 and, until this date, EU citizens will be able to continue living in the UK and access public funds and services in the same way as they do currently. Anyone wishing to remain in the UK after 31 December 2020 in any capacity will need to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme.    The session will be presented by representatives from Human Resources and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
