DESCRIPTION:This meeting of the School of Management's Organisations and Society thematic research group will be the inaugural Organisation and Society Writes (OASIS) workshop.    The aim of the OASIS is to create a place of high trust and safety where feedback on writing is given and received constructively and in good faith.    The OASIS is a place where colleagues can share work in progress and ask for developmental feedback on the work. It is a format which enables collective expertise to be shared and will also create greater awareness of the respective research interests of participants.
