SUMMARY:Focus your Teams workspace
DESCRIPTION:If you're part of many teams, channels, and chats, come along to learn ways to focus on the spaces that you use most.     When you sign into Teams for the first time, your teams are presented in a grid or tile view. During this session, IT Services will show you how to change to list view so you can see all your teams down the left-hand navigation bar. These can be re-ordered to reflect what you're working on.     You'll be shown the three viewing options for teams and chats: show, hide, and pin. To keep important channels and chats visible all the time, you can pin them to the top of the sidebar.      During the session, we'll also discuss how to minimise the number of duplicated meeting and group chats.     There will also be an in-person demonstration of Microsoft teams in Walter Bower House next week in meeting room 5 (open-sided room) on Wednesday 16 November 11am to 11:30am. If you can't make these sessions and would like an overview of Microsoft Teams, please log a call with the IT Service Desk.  https://teams.microsoft.com/l/meetup-join/19%3a0e354d4487674c76ab8bcf5cc7521b54%40thread.skype/1654789893776?context=%7b%22Tid%22%3a%22f85626cb-0da8-49d3-aa58-64ef678ef01a%22%2c%22Oid%22%3a%2296c1ce00-15b1-4f93-b5e4-4ce148d3fad8%22%7d
