DESCRIPTION:Join us for Day 4 of Enterprise Week: our BAME entrepreneurship day!         We're delighted to be joined by Bayile Adeoti, Founder of Dechomai to host a session on breaking down barriers and empowering BAME entrepreneurs. Bayile is a social entrepreneur and project manager with 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry in various roles in marketing, operations and consulting. She holds various Management and Leadership qualifications. Her experiences led her to start Dechomai in 2015; a social enterprise empowering Black and Minority Ethnic women with leadership and entrepreneurial skills so they can be financially independent.
