SUMMARY:Hubs of Resilience Workshop and Transition AGM
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an exciting workshop creating our very own hubs of resilience. The concept comes from a Transition Network funded project, HubRen, in 2021. The original idea is a mobile pop-up hub filled with creative artwork and engaging activities, which can "help us imagine, plot and plan our way to a climate safe and fair future for all".    For Transition St Andrews, space is a big question. Where will be based in the next 3 years? What will this space look like? How will it operate? Being a Transition town is more than reducing waste, travelling greener, and tackling climate change; it is about the steps we take to get there, in which space plays a key role. So, join us and together let's start to imagine a Transition hub and building community resilience.    The first part of the event will be our AGM. We will be updating you on the past year and opening elections for our steering group and community interest company board. If you are keen to help steer Transition forward please do consider stepping forward.    *To vote in the AGM you need to be a member.
