DESCRIPTION:The Development team is delighted to invite you to the next instalment in their Saints Talk series: '6 Nations to St Andrews - learnings from different rugby environments', Scott Lawson.    Before being appointed Director of Rugby at the University, Scott Lawson had an international career, including 47 caps playing for Scotland, and ten years' experience playing Premiership rugby. He joined the University from the Newcastle Falcons.    Scott believes that leadership and cultural principles can be applied to all institutions and departments regardless of the sector.
