SUMMARY:Elizabeth Garrett Mentoring Programme 2021-22: Launch Event
DESCRIPTION:This event is the launch event for the 2021-2022 cycle of the Elizabeth Garrett Mentoring Programme, established in 2017 to support women in reaching senior academic roles through the development of their leadership capabilities. Led by the Principal, the programme seeks to partner women in, or aspiring to, academic leadership roles with a senior mentor.    The programme is open to all women in academic roles who are post-probationary and at Senior Lecturer grade 8 or above (or equivalent research grade), including professors. All eligible mentees and prospective mentors (mentors may be of any gender) are warmly invited to attend.    The event will include an address from the Principal alongside mentee and mentor speakers, followed by a Q&A session. Attendees are welcome to bring their lunch.
