University of St Andrews Music Society: 150th Anniversary Festival Celebrating 150 years of music!
Music Society is celebrating their landmark 150th Anniversary with a four day festival (16th – 19th April), packed full of exciting events. Whether you're a musician or not, there's something for everyone, with highlights including the Late Night Ceilidh, Alumni & Members Dinner (all current students and alums welcome), and our “Play for a Day” event, where we welcome all musicians to join our orchestra for an informal day of music-making (grade 6+). And of course, there will be no shortage of live music, with modern pop hits in our Ukelear Fusion: Album Launch Concert on Friday, toe-tapping funk in Live with Big BuStA, and the enormous orchestral grandeur of Mahler 1 in our Symphony Orchestra: Closing Concert in Younger Hall!
