Professor Bruce Hoffman will deliver the seventh Carnegie Lecture. Bruce Hoffman has been studying, writing and lecturing about terrorism and insurgency internationally for over four decades. He was the first director of The Handa Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence at the University of St Andrews, where he is currently visiting Professor of Terrorism Studies.
