Honorary Professor of Singing James Gilchrist joins recent St Andrews alumnus Ross Donaldson in a performance of Benjamin Britten's haunting war-time evocations of night. Dvořák's magnificent Serenade harks back to the graceful wind music of the rococo whilst Franz Schubert's enigmatic ‘Unfinished' Symphony broods with unresolved tension.
