Roundtable Discussion: Transitions during wartime -- re-building the future of Ukraine Scottish Council on Global Affairs and John Smith Fellows

The Scottish Council on Global Affairs (SCGA) will host a discussion on re-building the Future of Ukraine to mark the third anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine on Monday 24 February.

During the discussion, Ukrainian John Smith Fellows, visiting St Andrews as part of the Scotland-Ukraine Reconstruction and Recovery Leadership Programme, will outline how Ukrainians are working towards long-term transformation, institutional reforms and sustainable development of their country as part of the Reconstruction and Recovery efforts and how these efforts can be strengthened.

The discussion will be moderated by Viktoriia Grivina.
