Research Culture Cafe --- School of Medicine (staff) Research Culture Cafe for staff at the School of Medicine
As part of our institutional Research Culture Action Plan 2026-2030 the School of Medicine will host a Research Culture Cafe on the 30th September from 2pm-5pm in Lecture Theatre 4 in the Gateway for all School of Medicine Staff. Light refreshments will be provided.
Culture cafes are designed for you and your colleagues and peers to talk about the challenges you face in your research environments and to raise awareness about the things that work best, reflect on what a better culture might look like, and propose solutions for how things might be.
This facilitated session will touch on a range of areas and experiences related to academic researchers and research support staff.
The session will be facilitated by the Research Culture team (Research Innovation Services), who will ensure a safe and respectful environment for all voices.
