Join the Centre of Energy Ethics as we draw upon art to explore some of the most pressing concerns of our time in an evening of readings by award-winning poets whose work addresses issues of energy and the environment.

Rebecca Sharp's recent collection Rough Currency (Tapsalteerie) explores our entanglements with fossil fuels and the oil industry.

Garry MacKenzie's book-length poem Ben Dorain is a conversation between Scotland's Celtic heritage and the modern, Anthropocene world.

John Bolland's Pibroch is a poetry collection and spoken word performance exploring parallels between the Climate Emergency and the Piper Alpha disaster.

Reception at 5.30pm, programme starts at 6.15pm.
