Plautus' Menaechmi

Plautus' Menaechmi, originally performed in the third century BC, is the prototype of The Comedy of Errors, with a long history of success and influence, from Shakespeare to Goldoni.

Two twin brothers, separated from birth, find themselves in the same city, and chaos ensues.

Think The Parent Trap, but Roman. Performed in English, but with a touch of Latin, from Classics Students of St Andrews.
