[Innovation Week 2025] EdenTay Founders Community: Starting Up While Studying

Launching a business is never easy — especially when you're doing it alongside coursework, deadlines and university life. As part of Innovation Week 2025, the EdenTay Founders Community is back with an energising panel discussion on the highs and lows of starting up while studying.

This cross-University event will bring together student founders from St Andrews, Dundee and Abertay to share their candid experiences of juggling studies with entrepreneurship. From first customers to failed pitches, sleepless nights to breakthrough moments, this panel will pull back the curtain on what it really takes to turn an idea into impact while still at university.

You'll also have the chance to ask your own questions during the live Q&A and connect with peers who are walking similar paths.

What to Expect:

Real stories from student founders across the EdenTay network
Candid reflections on both struggles and successes
Interactive Q&A where you shape the conversation
A welcoming, supportive community of fellow innovators
