Hong Kong migrants in Scotland: opportunities and challenges

This event will bring together key players from across Scotland who work with migrants to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by Hong Kong migrants in Scotland.

Guest speakers include Dr Sarah Kyambi (Director of Migration Policy Scotland), Augustijn Van Gaalen (Polity and Participation officer of COSLA in charge of Hong Kong migrants), Michelle Huang (Lecturer from the School of Art History), Tim Tim Cheng (poet from Hong Kong who now lives in Edinburgh).

Professor Gregory Lee (Department of Chinese Studies) will moderate and chair the event.
