Energy Café | The St Andrews Forest -- Carbon, Nature, and People
In this Café, St Andrews Forest programme manager, David Toy, will explain the origins, ambitions, and challenges of the St Andrews Forest. Aiming to create a global tapestry of nature-based carbon offsetting projects, the St Andrews Forest is an important part of the University's sustainability vision. From Net Zero 2035 to the next 600 years of the University of St Andrews, David will explain that the Forest is about more than ‘just trees'.
This event will be held in-person in the Hebdomadar's Room (St Salvator's Quadrangle) and streamed online. Pizza, coffee, tea and bites will be provided for in-person attendees, but in-person space is limited so register to attend early!
