Classical Association Conference
The School of Classics is hosting the 2025 Classical Association Conference, in partnership with the Classical Association (CA) and the Classical Association of Scotland (CAS).
The Conference is the largest annual classics conference in the UK. It brings together everyone from across the globe with an interest in the ancient world. Presenters include academics and authors, postgraduates and early-stage researchers, teachers and practitioners.
There will be two plenary lectures, one on Friday evening by Professor Lucy Grig (Edinburgh) and the other on Saturday evening by the CA President for 2024-2025, Professor Stephen Halliwell (St Andrews).
‘The Conference is open to everyone to attend, with discounted prices available for CA members, CAS members and those who are doing unpaid work or are not employed.
