Business School seminar with Professor Romeo V. Turcan, Aalborg University Business School Innovating problem-based learning: the Aalborg University experience
This University of St Andrews Business School event will welcome Romeo V. Turcan, who is a Professor at Aalborg University Business School, Denmark, Adjunct Professor at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and Visiting Professor at Clare Hall, University of Cambridge, UK.
Professor Turcan's research interests include legitimation of newness and theory building across diverse disciplines and contexts. He will speak on the topic, ‘Innovating problem-based learning: the Aalborg University experience'.
In this lecture, he will share insights from Aalborg University about the implementation and advancement of problem-based learning. This will include experiences related to interdisciplinary semester projects such as the ‘new venture creation semester', as well as insights on ‘megaprojects'.
