Brown Bag Seminar with Dr Gosia Mitka, University of St Andrews Voices from the Horizon: Third Countries' Experiences Guiding FP10 Design

Abstract: As the European Union (EU) prepares for the design negotiations of Framework Programme 10 (FP10), it is crucial to ensure that third countries voices are considered in the design. This report analyses the perspectives of interview participants from third countries that have engaged in association negotiations with Horizon Europe, the largest collaborative research and innovation programme worldwide. The findings form the basis for a range of recommendations aimed at guiding the design of the next Framework Programme (FP). These insights and recommendations are intended to assist the European Commission and third countries in fostering a more inclusive and effective FP10, enhancing global collaboration in research and innovation.
