Adult Learning Day

The University of St Andrews has partnered with the Open University to deliver a new MA Combined Studies degree which will be launched as part of the first ever Adult Learning Day in St Andrews.

Adult Learning Day will showcase the range of learning opportunities in the local area, from volunteer training through to degree level study. The free event will bring together community groups to promote life-long learning, wellbeing and volunteering.

Members of the public are invited to come along to the Adult Learning Day which takes place in Parliament Hall on South Street, St Andrews, to find out more about the part-time study opportunities available. There will be information stands from a wide range of University and community exhibitors, including staff from the Library and Student Services, the Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS), the Fife Council Employability Service and the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH).

A series of talks will take place throughout the day from 10.30am detailing the different subjects available across the University.
